I wish everyone would learn when to use a word normally and when to add "ly."
Example:
I know you took that personal.
WRONG!
I know you took that personally.
RIGHT!
I don't claim to be a genius when it comes to proper grammar (Lie! I do!), but this one isn't that difficult.
